Requests for assistance with Passaic research for residents of the City of Passaic and bordering towns (i.e. Clifton, Rutherford, Passaic, Nutley) are welcomed and we will provide on-site help when you make your visit to the library. Research is done for non-residents of the City of Passaic for a fee of $20, which includes one hour of research, 5 photocopies and postage. Requests from both residents and non-residents that take longer than an hour of time may also be completed for a fee of $20.

While we cannot guarantee an answer to your request, it is advisable to provide us with as much information as possible in your initial letter of inquiry. Please note that any requests involving newspaper research (i.e. obituaries, news stories) must include month and year.
