b. Fines do not include postage costs for overdue notices sent.
c. Special Materials include, but are not limited to, Passaic Summer Reading List, Test Preparation, College, Schools, and Careers books.

e. No more than 3 New DVDs may be taken out at one time per card.
f. DVDs cannot be left in the overnight bookdrop. All DVDs must be returned to the Circulation Desk.
g. Current issues not lendable. No more than five consecutive issues of the same magazine may be taken out at one time.
