INTERLIBRARY LOAN REQUEST FORM

Effective March 15, 2007 the Passaic Public Library will no longer be a member of the Bergen County Cooperative Library System (BCCLS). As a result all interlibrary loans will need to be processed independently of BCCLS.

As of April 1, 2007 the Passaic Public library will be a member of the Passaic Automated Library System Plus (PALS Plus). All interlibrary Loan request should be processed through the PALS Plus Automated system.

Effective immediately and until further notice, patrons are asked NOT to use the BCCLS online interlibrary loan request, and instead to use the automated form below for processing book request loans from other libraries.
